The Sparrow Lake Historical Society is a non profit organization that is dedicated to preserving and telling the local history in the Sparrow Lake, Ontario, Canada area. Picture of 'Glympse' Steamer (to right) was taken circa 1908.

Scenic Historical Tours-Picture at the right was taken on one of our July outings, a two hour picnic cruise around the lake on a barge, We have journeyed up stream to Severn Bridge and downstream to Hydro Glen as well as visit all the bays and resorts of Sparrow Lake.
