IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE

Internet Service Provider Change:

Muskoka.com Inc. has exited the Internet Service Provider (ISP) business as of September 1, 2007. As a Muskoka.com customer, your service will now be transferred to Vianet Internet Solutions – an established communications company with over a decade of experience in this field.

For the last few years, Muskoka.com has worked hard at providing you with reliable and competitively priced Internet services. However, as access technologies and the economics of providing services has changed; Muskoka.com believes that its skills and resources can be better applied to its efforts to expand their wireless broadband offering on a wholesale level. Key personnel from Muskoka.com will utilize their skills through a new company called Core Broadband Inc and will continue to own, support and expand the existing Muskoka.com Inc. wireless network.

Vianet Internet Solutions will now begin serving the needs of Muskoka.com Internet customers. Vianet is one of the original Internet Service Providers in Ontario and has continued to grow and succeed as an independent business in a market dominated by the traditional phone and cable companies. Vianet offers a broad range of Internet and voice services throughout Ontario and into Quebec.

Vianet will honour all current Muskoka.com pricing plans and will ensure that your email and other services continue as currently set up. Your continual business is important to us.  Over the next few months, both companies will work together to make the transition as smooth as possible. Every effort will be made to ensure that you are provided adequate notice before implementing any changes that may affect your service.  Vianet has integrated several other ISP businesses over the years.  We are confident that this changeover will be conducted with minimal disruption to your service.

Vianet will begin billing you directly for services starting October 1, 2007. More detailed information on your new billing arrangements will be provided by Vianet shortly.  Until then, you will continue to be billed by Muskoka.com.   Payment for billings from Muskoka.com should be remitted to Muskoka.com. For more information on Vianet and the services they offer, please visit www.vianet.ca or email muskoka@vianet.ca.

Muskoka.com thanks you for your business and wishes you all the best in the future.

Sincerely,

George Botko
