The original 16 units have also had a total renovation in the bathrooms, (new tubs and bath surrounds, new low-flush toilets and sinks, and new ceramic tile) and the bedrooms, (new carpets, bed spreads, furniture, patio door and sundeck). Electronic card locks have been installed, and the outdoor pool has been expanded to accommodate the growth.”
