SME Strategies helping business owners understand their critical success factor  

 

Sheila Givens, (BA, MBA) is a seasoned entrepreneur, with 15 years experience as a consultant to small and medium sized businesses. Her approach is to help the business owner discover what is their company’s critical success factor.

  Comprehensive financial and operational business plans are put together if a company is wanting financial improvements. These would include exploring possible sources of financing, as well as methods for cutting costs and improving profit margins.
